Our team of professional Desktop Support Specialists provides comprehensive technology support to faculty and staff in six customer portfolios, including over 95 Colleges, Schools, and Units. We offer support via email, via phone, and in-person from our Desktop Operations Centers (DOCs), which are strategically placed for easy walk-up access to all of our clients.

Computer Purchasing Procedure

Our team will receive and deploy new computers for your faculty and staff. Start here to make a computer purchase via UT Market, deliver the computer to us, and submit your PO number.

Generations Computer Lifecycle Program

Generations is a computer lifecycle program managed by our professional project staff that helps departments purchase and deploy new faculty and staff computers annually. Purchasing in bulk leads to savings in purchase and support costs, as the fleet becomes standardized. Old computers are repurposed for staff and student workers to ensure efficiency and maximum use.
