Grace Frazor named Redhouse Prize Winner for Best Progress in Turkish

The Redhouse Prize for Best Progress in Turkish was established by the Turkish Studies Association in 1991, and four such prizes continue to be available annually, two for each of two regions in North America, designated as East and West. Grace Frazor is a dual degree student, studying at the Center for Middle Eastern Studies and the LBJ School of Public Affairs. Her research interests include Turkish-American relations during the Cold War and the history of the Republic of Turkey. She spent the summer studying the Turkish language at Bogazici University in Istanbul.
