The Queer Graduate Student Alliance (QGSA)
QGSA is an agency of The University of Texas at Austin’s Graduate Student Assembly. QGSA seeks to promote community across the entire University of Texas campus for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer and questioning graduate students and their allies. Email: utqgsa@gmail.com
Gender and Sexuality Center

Black Graduate Student Association
The Black Graduate Student Association (BGSA) is dedicated to improving the quality of graduate and professional student life at the University of Texas at Austin. The BGSA' s mission is to promote academic excellence, mentoring, professional guidance, and social support for scholarly advancement of undergraduate students, graduate students, and other members of the University of Texas community of African descent. The BGSA' s purpose is to develop opportunities for leadership by disseminating information to undergraduate and graduate students of Africandescent pertaining to academic, financial, and social needs. Services for Students with Disabilities
Services for Students with Disabilities (SSD) determines eligibility and helps implement reasonable accommodations for students with disabilities at the University of Texas at Austin. Based in the philosophy that all students should be assured equal access and opportunity, Services for Students with Disabilities works to eliminate physical, instructional and attitudinal barriers by providing reasonable accommodations and fostering awareness within the University community.
