The job market for graduate students has been the subject of much media attention, not to mention a source of stress for students, advisors, and faculty. Advisors and faculty can play an integral role in the career development of their graduate students. This presentation will cover the issues facing graduate students in the job market and provide suggestions for advising and supporting your students who are considering careers outside the academy.
