The Foodways of Mexico—The Street Food of Mexico

On Thursday, November 7, LLILAS Benson Latin American Studies and Collections at UT is sponsoring the second installment of our public lecture series the Foodways of Mexico.

The event will be held at 6:00 pm at the Kodosky Donor Lounge at the Long Center for the Performing Arts.

The keynote speaker, Chef Roberto Santibañez, will explore the vibrant street food of Mexico, speaking about traditional recipes and modern adaptions of Mexican cuisine.  

The event is free, open to the public, and will be followed by a reception catered by El Naranjo.
