With experts from the Department of Neuroscience, Department of Neurology and Departments of Psychology and Psychiatry

This event will feature a conversation between David Paydarfar, Chair of Neurology in the Dell Medical School; Michael Mauk, Chair of Neuroscience; and Alison Preston, Professor of Neuroscience, Psychiatry and Psychology. The audience will include faculty members, graduate and medical students, postdocs and staff from across the College of Natural Sciences and Dell Medical School as well as others to engage in a thought-provoking conversation about the future of brain research and healthcare -- with a wine and cheese reception for further discussion immediately after. The conversation is intended be framed in a way that is meaningful for all-comers, exploring a wide range of topics likely to include Alzheimer’s disease, artificial intelligence and memory. There will be ample opportunities for attendees to participate in the conversation.
