Karolina has been interested in connecting her musicianship with an early acting career. She played the title roles in two movies produced in the Czech Republic and made by the Czech Television, Variations of Glory and In Love, of a young pianist and violincellist. For her performance in In Love, she was awarded first prize for the best young female actress in the festivals in Rheims and audiences' prize in the Festivals of Montevideo and Chicago.
