The Texas Global Exchange Program Open to Eligible Graduate Students

The Texas Global Exchange Program, focused on the economic ties between Texas and Azerbaijan, is hosting a week-long workshop at Azerbaijan Diplomatic Academy (ADA) in Azerbaijan. This exchange is coordinated through the Turquoise Council of Americans and Eurasians and the State Oil Company of the Azerbaijan Republic.  

The program will provide eligible graduate students and faculty members with the opportunity to travel abroad; attend lectures on business, energy, geopolitical issues, and public and international affairs; interact with local students; and meet with local companies and non-profit organizations.  Students will make contacts in the area, gain cultural experience, and learn about business and international affairs in Eurasia. 

Eligible students are graduate students who are either Texas residents or students of institutions of higher education in Texas. The program will be held from August 10th through August 18th.  The deadline to apply is June 10th.
