Amy Grace Humber



Amy Grace Humber is a first year doctoral student in the Department of Sociology and a Trainee in the Population Research Center (PRC). Her primary research interests fall under the topics of race and inequality. Previously, she has conducted research on the quality of life in Florida prisons, specifically the health impacts related to the lack of air conditioning in these facilities. She has also conducted research on the demographic and situational factors that shape the nature of political activity among undergraduate students. Before enrolling in the Department of Sociology's doctoral program, Amy Grace received her B.A. in Sociology and Political Science from the University of Miami.
