The Office of Student Success enriches the learning experience of Liberal Arts students by fostering community and developing future leaders and scholars.

A one-hour credit course designed to assist incoming new UT Austin students in their transition to college.

Freshmen Interest Group (FIG)

Acquire the tools you need to make the most of your university experience! A FIG consists of 15-20 freshmen that take two to three courses together as well as a one-hour weekly seminar.

Lisa and Neil Goldberg College of Liberal Arts Student Success Offices

Located in the College of Liberal Arts building, the Lisa and Neil Goldberg College of Liberal Arts Student Success Offices (known by students as the CLASS Center) provides a great space for Liberal Arts students to interact with their peers. There are computers available for use, tables and quiet rooms for study, as well as a mobile charging station and TV.

The Path to Admission through Co-Enrollment (PACE) program offers alternate entrance to The University of Texas at Austin to select students. PACE participants spend their freshman year on the Forty Acres part-time, taking one class per semester at the university while completing the majority of their coursework at nearby Austin Community College (ACC) – Rio Grande.
