Military Training
Basic Camp
The Basic Camp Course is the premier leadership program of its kind in the United States. An intense four-week introduction to Army life and leadership training of the Reserve Officers’ Training Corps, the aim of the course is to motivate and qualify Cadets for entry into the Senior ROTC program. Basic Camp, as it's known, is designed for college students, typically between their sophomore and junior years. Advanced Camp
Advanced Camp is the U.S. Army Cadet Command's capstone training and assessment exercise held at Fort Knox, Kentucky each summer. This course is required for all Army Reserve Officer Training Corps cadets to become Army officers and is attended after completion of the MS 329 course. Cadets and officer candidates must excel at the Advanced Camp to be considered competitive for a commission as an Army officer. Click To Learn More
Airborne

Earn the wings of a U.S. Army Paratrooper at this three week school located in beautiful Fort Benning, Georgia. Air Assault
Learn how to establish helicopter landing zones, prepare sling loads for Air Assault operations, and learn how to rappel from a helicopter at this two week course.Qualified cadets can attend any one of the schools located in Schofield Barracks, HI, Fort Drum, NY, Fort Polk, LA, or Fort Campbell, KY. Mountain Warfare
After completing this 14 day long course, cadets earn the title of Military Mountaineer. Training lasts 14 hrs each day for the entire course and cadets learn how to effectively perform small unit tactics in a mountainous terrain and is taught by some of the top Mountaineer’s in the world. Project GO
The ROTC Language & Culture Project provides scholarships to ROTC students in three services for critical languages study domestically and abroad. Project GO (Global Officers) is a collaborative initiative that promotes critical language education, study abroad, and intercultural dialogue opportunities for ROTC students.
