Clark Center Director Receives Award for Teaching Excellence

Congratulations to Clark Center Director Rhonda Evans! In recognition of her exemplary performance and commitment to teaching, Dr. Evans received the Harry Ransom Award for Teaching Excellence from the College of Liberal Arts at the University of Texas at Austin.

Dr. Evans has served as the Clark Center’s Director and as a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Government since 2012. Each year, she teaches two courses, Australian Society and Politics and Human Rights and World Politics. Dr. Evans also manages the Clark Center’s Undergraduate Research and Mentorship Program. Launched in 2013, the Program provides undergraduate students first hand research experience as well as assorted professional development opportunities.
