Caroline Lilly

Fall 2026 – Spring 2027

Caroline Lilly is a Senior Government and Human Dimensions of Organizations double major, with a minor in Communications Studies. She joined the Clark Center in the Spring of 2026 after taking a variety of Dr. Evans' classes, but has previously participated in Dr. Evans' Maymester The Politics of Protecting the Great Barrier Reef in Australia! She is interested in pursuing a career in Education Law, holding institutions accountable, and representing student interests. Outside of her time as a student, Caroline is a FIG Mentor, TA for HDO301, and Vice President for the Texas Pre-Law Honor Society. She also works part-time as a Student Brand Ambassador for Kaplan Test Prep. In her free time, Caroline enjoys running, hiking, crafting, and watching baseball with her spirit organization, Texas Baseball Diamonds.

Kayleigh Kan

Fall 2026 – Spring 2027

Kayleigh Kan is a sophomore majoring in economics and pursuing a minor in government. She joined the Clark Center after participating in Dr. Evans’ study abroad program in Australia, “The Politics of Protecting the Great Barrier Reef.” Her academic interests involve international economic policy and environmental sustainability on a global scale. She is an active member of the Liberal Arts Council where she advocates for COLA students in university legislation. She is also currently a legal intern for a property management firm and plans to attend law school after graduation. In her free time, she enjoys decorating cakes, traveling, and yoga.

Ifeoluwa Oluwole

Fall 2026 – Spring 2027

Ifeoluwa Oluwole is a junior Government major with a minor in Media and Entertainment Industries. He joined the Clark Center through the Undergraduate Research Apprenticeship Program, where he worked with Dr. Rhonda Evans on research examining U.S.-Australia cooperation on critical minerals. His academic and professional interests center on law, public policy, and the intersection of media and entertainment, with a particular interest in pursuing a career in entertainment law. On campus, Ifeoluwa serves as Vice President of Internal Operations for the National Black Law Students Association and Finance Director for UTalent Records, UT Austin’s student-run record label. Outside of academics, he enjoys music, cooking, hiking, and exploring Austin.

Reagan Miller

Fall 2026 – Spring 2027

Reagan Miller is a senior International Relations and Government major. She joined the Clark Center in Fall 2025 after taking Dr. Evans’ International Organizations class. Her academic interests include US-EU security initiatives and US politics, and she intends to pursue a career in law after graduation. Beyond the Center, Reagan is a member of the IRG Student Council, Pre-Law Honor Society, and frequents events at the LBJ School. In her free time, Reagan likes to volunteer at Austin Animal Center, attend concerts, and watch Formula 1.

Avery Robertson

Fall 2026 – Spring 2027

Avery Robertson is a graduate student at the Lyndon B. Johnson School of Public Affairs, pursuing a Master of Global Policy Studies with a specialization in International Energy, Environment, and Technology. She joined the Clark Center soon after attending Dr. Rhonda Evans' study abroad program in Australia in 2023, and has worked with Dr. Evans as a Clark Scholar, Research Assistant, and Teaching Assistant. Her academic and career interests include environmental policy, sustainable planning, and conservation. Outside of school, Avery likes to knit and read!
