Social Events
The Jefferson Scholars Program has a student activity fund that scholars may draw upon to attend cultural events such as plays and classical music concerts both on and off campus. The activity fund is available not only to peer mentors but to all Jefferson Scholars who would like to arrange an event for a group of Scholars.
Here are some of the activities our scholars attended in 2025/26:
- Austin Symphony Orchestra
- The Grimm Tales, Ballet Austin
- The Outsiders
- Hadestown
- The Nutcracker
- As You Like It!
Not to mention dozens of study groups at local coffee shops and pizzerias!
