AI, Science & Culture Initiative (AISCI)
The Artificial Intelligence, Science, and Culture Initiative (AISCI) serves as a hub for humanistic and humanistically led collaborative projects devoted to better understanding the social, political, ethical, and cultural dimensions of science, technology, health, and the environment.
AISCI offers three primary programs: the AISCI Collaboration Catalyst, the Humanities Futures Lab, and Humanities Futures Training. Through these programs, AISCI aims to support and connect humanistically researchers engaged through consultation, seed and bridge funding, grant writing, grant management support, and coordinated programming and facilitated training and lectures.
AISC Initiative Programming Focus:
The AISC Initiative will have three primary lines of programming: (1) collaboration incubation, (2) research projects, (3) research-oriented.

Collaborative Catalyst
The AISCI Collaboration Catalyst is designed to provide seed funding and research development support for new collaborative projects devoted to exploring social, political, ethical, and cultural dimensions of science, technology, health, and the environment, broadly conceived.

Humanities Future Lab
AISC Initiative would also serve as a hub for dynamic and innovative research projects related to AISC themes. A signature part of this effort would included "Humanities Futures Labs." ---a research portfolio.

Humanities Futures Training
Working to engage humanities research and graduate students. AISC will be a key partner in finding training opportunities, which will feature Zoom-based talks and Q&A sessions from humanities faculty conducting collaborative and extramurally-funded research.
