Communication influences public perception of the criminal legal system. Media plays a significant role in shaping public opinion, and the way legal cases are portrayed can impact public trust in the system. Effective communication strategies can help maintain public confidence in the fairness and integrity of the criminal legal system. The study of linguistics helps provide a unique window to understanding different cultures.
