Research Mentors
Benefits and Activities
- Mentor an undergraduate researcher interested in your work
- Guide your mentee in developing original research
- Connect with scholars across disciplines at exclusive events
- $500 per semester to support your research
Eligibility and Expectations
- Be a lead researcher (Primary Investigator) or faculty member at UT Austin
- Have an active research study at or affiliated with UT Austin
- Commit to mentoring undergraduates in Latino-focused research
- Hold regular meetings with mentee throughout the 2025/2026 academic year
- Attend kick-off lunch and end-of-program celebration
