Co-Sponsorship
In addition to organizing events in collaboration with our campus and local community, Latino Studies at UT also believes in uplifting our partners’ efforts through financial co-sponsorships.
Latino Studies can provide funding support for an activity or event via an inter-departmental transfer of funds or through a University check. We place a high priority on co-sponsoring events that include an educational component and that benefit both the mission of Latino Studies, as well as the public mission of The University of Texas at Austin.
To clarify, a co-sponsorship is an agreement of financial support by Latino Studies. It does not include staff or promotional support unless otherwise agreed upon.
