Biography

I hold a Masters in Public Administration from Cornell University. Prior to Cornell, I earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and a bachelor’s degree in political science from ITAM, Mexico. In 2013, I interned at Aide et Action Jaipur, India, where I performed ILEAD Program's social-impact evaluation. Upon my return, I worked as Research Coordinator of the Human Capital Division at CIDAC; a Mexican not-for-profit think-tank. I then served as Project Leader for the Tabasco Technology Transfer Center for the Energy Reform. During the summer of 2016, I worked as a research associate for the Doing Business Project at the World Bank.
I have written numerous articles for academic journals, Mexican newspapers, and blogs on policy analysis in the areas of antipoverty policies, human capital development, education, and employment.
