MSI/Community College Faculty Professionalization Grant

Faculty Professionalization Grants are available for faculty at Minority Serving Institutions and/or Community Colleges to fund professional development activities in or about Central/Eastern Europe, Russia and the former Soviet Union, and Southeast Europe, or at institutes specializing in Russian, East European and Eurasian Studies (domestic or foreign). Your application can be for an activity that you are currently undertaking or will be undertaking during the upcoming semester.
Professional development activities can include a range of possibilities: conducting research, attending a training or workshop, international workshops, enrolling in a class or seminar, developing a new course, etc.
Awards range from $500 to $3,000 and are funded by a Department of Education Title VI National Resource Center grant administered by the Center for Russian, East European and Eurasian Studies (CREEES) at UT Austin.
