Our Various Trunks are Available to Rent

  • The South Asia Institute will cover the shipping cost of the requested trunk(s).
  • We do not cover the shipping costs of returning the trunk(s). Once shipped out, you are responsible for covering the shipping cost back to Austin.  
  • Trunks may be utilized for however long you may need them.
  • We package the materials and will send in cardboard boxes.
  • We do our best to secure the items as best as we can as there are many fragile objects (please handle with care).
  • Boxes will usually arrive in rugged condition due to the shipping process.
  • We ask that when returning the trunks that you secure the items properly so that they are not damaged during the shipping process.
  • If the original box that we send may be torn or unfit to ship the materials, you are responsible for shipping trunks back to us in a new box (or another secure method of shipping).
