Durante su visita, lanzamos la Iniciativa de Escritura Creativa en Español Esquivel dio una presentatción en el Blanton Museum of Art y luego firmó copias de sus libros a sus lectores.
During her visit, we launched the Spanish Creative Writing Initiative. Esquivel gave a talk at the Blanton Museum of Art and signed copies of her books.
Una cena muy especial
Cena en el Littlefield House en la que nuestros huéspedes degustaron los platillos de Tita. El entrañable personaje de Como agua para el chocolate. La chef oaxaqueña, Ileana de la Vega fue la encargada de prepararlos.
A special dinner was hosted at The Littlefield House, where guests tasted dishes inspired by the recipe’s of Tita, the beloved main character of Like Water for Chocolate. Oaxacan chef Ileana de la Vega prepared the meal.
