When you think of the word dictator, certain names naturally come to mind—Hitler, to be sure. Probably Stalin as well. But was Caesar one of the first European dictators? And is there such a thing as a "benevolent dictator" like Josip Tito? Join us as we explore the dictators of eastern and western Europe through the ages.
