Profile List
The Profile List block lists the unit's faculty members, researchers, or graduate students with links to the individual profiles. The Profile List block is a data block. The content of data blocks is edited and managed in Web Editor and not directly in Pages. You can manage the content for these blocks in the unit's Faculty section or Grad Students section and the blocks will auto update as you make changes.

We encourage all COLA members to include a photo in their profiles. If you'd like to update a profile photo, you can find more information in the Photo ID Submission section of the COLA Help Guides.
Settings
- Division: the unit that is the source of the data feed. This setting defaults to the current unit but can be edited to a different one.
- Role_name: show the faculty, researchers, or graduate students list
- CI: the ID number of a specific role to create a custom list

Profile CI List
The Profile CI List adds an optional CI number and can be used to list specific faculty for an area or specialization in the department. To create a custom list you'll need to first find the CI number.
The number can be found in the unit office page in Categories section.
- Click the blue 'Edit' button for the category to see a list of roles.
- Click the blue 'Edit' button for the role and the CI will appear on the right side of the edit window.
- Enter that number in the CI field of the Profile CI List block.
