Staff

The Staff block lists the unit's staff members and contact information. The Staff block is a data block. The content of data blocks is edited and managed in Web Editor and not directly in Pages. You can manage the content for this block in the unit's Staff section and the block will auto update as you make changes.

We encourage all COLA staff members to include a photo in their profiles. If you'd like to update a profile photo, you can find more information in the Photo ID Submission section of the COLA Help Guides.

Settings

• Division: the unit that is the source of the data feed. This setting defaults to the current unit but can be edited to a different one.
• Search: include a search box. Normally only necessary with larger staff lists.
