Carpool to Winedale
One of the most significant environmental footprints of Shakespeare at Winedale is the carbon emmissions of vehicles driving to and from Winedale!
Help us make a difference by carpooling.
Here's how to sign up to ride share.
Click on the weekend that you'll be visiting Winedale. You'll be directed to a page on GroupCarpool.com, a service that we're using to coordinate carpools for our community. On this page, you'll be able to sign up as a driver (and make seats available to other Winedalers) or as a passenger (and snag a seat in someone else's car)! Look below for more detailed instructions.

Add your ride by clicking on the Blue Car that says 'ADD'
Enter your ride information, including where you'll be driving from, what time you'll be leaving, and what your contact information is.
In the image above, you can see that Antipholus of Austin added their ride from Austin to Winedale, as indicated by the green 'JOIN' car.

See who's added your ride and let them know where to meet you.
You can do this on the website, and you'll also receive an email notifying you when someone has added your ride. You'll also get their contact information!
In the image above, you can see that Dromio of Austin has added himself to Antipholus of Austin's car. (Antipholus of Austin will also get an email to let him know that Dromio's riding with him.)

Note that passengers can choose to do a round trip or a one-way trip.
Someone who rides out with you to Winedale might opt for a different ride back because the timing works better for their schedule.
In the image above, Dromio of Austin is riding out to Winedale with Antipholus of Austin, but on the return trip, is riding with the Courtesan.

Add yourself to a departing trip by clicking 'JOIN CAR'
Choose a ride that works for your timing and click 'Join Car.' You can claim a spot in that car by entering your contact information. Then, reach out to your driver to say thanks and coordinate a pickup!
In the image above, you can see that Dromio of Austin has claimed a spot in the departing trip from Austin.

Note that you can ride out in one car and ride back in a different car if the timing is preferable.
You can choose to go out on a 'Round Trip' to claim a seat in both directions, or choose just 'Departing Trip' or 'Return Trip.'

This will help you get notified if another Ride is added.
