Luiz Gustavo Fernandes Sereno is a Ph.D candidate in Economic Theory at the State University of Campinas and holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the Federal University of Uberlandia. He has experience with Econometrics and Ecological Economics. His research focuses on methodological advances in the uses of big data for investigations on the relationship between economics and the environment and public health. His is currently researching the economic impacts of climate change on the real estate market and on the economic impacts of Covid-19 pandemic and non-pharmacological coping strategies.
