Employers recruiting for full-time job or internship candidates are invited to participate in our fall and spring career fairs each academic year. 

Career Fair Best Practices:

• The most impactful student engagement is followed by actionable next steps. Consider posting your applications to Handshake on, or near the time of career fair, or scheduling follow up interviews for the day after. Contact us to book an an interview room. 

Getting to the Fair

Spring 2026 Career & Internship Fair

Date: Wednesday, February 25, 2026
Time: 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM Central
Who: Any Liberal Arts student, or current UT student or alumni may attend
Location: Texas Union Ballroom (UNB 3.202). 

In-Person Fair Costs & Fees (Spaces Limited): 

Register now for early bird pricing! (Until January 16 at 12 pm):

• For- Profit/Corporate: $500 per booth 

• Non- Profit/Government: $250 per booth

 

Regular Rate after January 16:

• For- Profit/Corporate: $600 per booth 

• Non- Profit/Government: $300 per booth

Your registration includes:

• Tabletop booth with seating
• Space for up to 2 company representatives per booth (at a time)
• Promotion of your organization’s attendance to thousands of students prior to the event
• Lunch provided for up to 2 company representatives
• Coffee and water provided all day
