Designed to help students make informed decisions about pursuing law school, pre-law events are open to UT students of all majors and alumni, unless otherwise stated, interested in learning more about the admissions process, law school and the legal profession.

Event hosted by the Liberal Arts Career Services Center.
The first pre-law event for Fall 2023 is Law Fair! Join us to meet over 100 law school admissions representatives; check out the list here. You are welcome to attend as an active student or alumni and can register here in advance or walk-in. We hope to see you there!
For success strategies to help make the most of your Law Fair experience, we recommend you check out our new law fair success strategies page. We will have a bag check for students who would prefer not to carry their bags into the fair, inquire upon check-in if interested.

Liberal Arts Career Services hosts Law Fair each fall for all UT students and alumni, in addition to students and alumni from local partner universities. The fair typically hosts 115+ law school admissions representatives. For best approaches in how to prepare for Law Fair, refer to this link.
Please note the location change, in the past this event was held in the Texas Union Ballroom, it is now located in the San Jacinto Multi-Purpose Room.
**Please note that with the change in location, there will not be a bag check option. It is recommended to make previous arrangements for your belongings if you would prefer not to carry them during the fair.**

The Fall 2025 Law Fair will host 120 law schools from across the nation. We welcome students of all majors at any phase of the pre-law process to this unique opportunity to network with law schools in person. Prepare for the fair by checking out our Law Fair success strategies.
Please note the change in location from previous Law Fairs: this year's fair will be held at UT Recreational Sports Center (2001 San Jacinto Blvd, Austin, TX 78712).
