Tutoring

The Jefferson Center partners with Communities in Schools to provide reading buddies and tutors to children in Austin public schools. If you’re interested in volunteering, please follow the link above to register as a “Community Volunteer.” Then please contact Aidan Cournoyer, our tutoring coordinator (you can also find Aidan on our Peer Mentor page) and let him know your availability and whether you have a car. Aidan can tell you more about the program as well.
