Jeremey Donnelly-Rutledge is a graduate student in history at the University of Texas - Austin.

His focus is on the development of psychiatry during the colonial period in French West and North Africa. Jeremey received his B.A. from the City College of New York in 2015 where he studied the role of the poorhouse in the treatment of the mentally ill in rural, 19th century New York.  Jeremey is a returned Peace Corps Volunteer from Burkina Faso.
