COVID-19 Update (10/19/2020)

Though our physical office in PAR 114 is currently closed, our staff is working remotely and very much available to assist students via Zoom, telephone, or the like. Please reach out to us at our Virtual Location or via email (links/hours above) with your questions and/or to schedule an appointment.
For the latest updates on Liberal Arts course policies, advising, and student notifications, please visit the Liberal Arts Student Affairs home page.

Advising Audits

One of the best tools for advising is an advising audit. This is a computer-generated list of all your classes, as they apply to your degree plan. You can view your audits online using IDA, the Interactive Degree Audit. The audit system is more prone to mistakes when you take courses that can apply to multiple tracks for the major. If you notice any mistakes or discepancies in the audit, please contact your advisor.

Registration Advising

Registration advising sessions are quick (30 minutes or less) meetings to review your degree audit and discuss courses for the coming semester. Registration advising is only required for some H S students so check your Registration Information Sheet to see if you have a bar. H S students without a bar are welcome to schedule an advising appointment as well. Please keep in mind that as an H S major, you do not have special access to courses on the study track lists.
