Faculty, graduate students and postdoctoral researchers can post PSY 357 research opportunities to the Undergraduate Research Opportunities page through the COLA Web Editor. 

 

Instructions for Adding a PSY 357 through the COLA Web Editor

  1. Log on with your UT EID and password at: https://webeditor.la.utexas.edu.
  2. Click the UG Research link at the top of the page, then click the "Add" button (top right).
  3. Make sure "Yes" is selected in the "Active" dropbox (top left).
  4. Fill out:
    • Title of the project
    • Start Date ~ Please update each semester to show it is current
    • Duration ~ Please list specific semesters (Spring 2019, Summer 2019, Fall 2019, etc.)
    • In the Description box, include: 
      • IRB number(s) associated with requested post  
      • Area of study
      • Faculty sponsor
      • Contact name(s)
      • Contact email
      • Description
    • In the Preferred Qualifications box, include:
      • Qualifications
      • Duties
  5. Use the dropboxes to choose the weekly time commitment, fill in Compensation, choose whether credit is offered or not, and whether there is a weekly meeting.
  6. Be sure to click the "Save changes" box to save.
