Benefits-Eligible Employees
Services to support your mental health through COVID-19 response are available to benefits-eligible employees through the Employee Assistance Program. To make a counseling appointment, call 512-471-3366 or eap@austin.utexas.edu. EAP also offers video counseling appointments.
After normal business hours, call 512-471-3399 to speak to a crisis counselor.
Students
The UT Austin Counseling and Mental Health Center provides support for students. For an appointment, call 512-471-3515. A crisis line is available 24/7 at 512-471-2255.
Tele-counseling
Employees and graduate students with Blue Cross/Blue Shield (BC/BS TX) UT Select or Academic Blue health insurance can access:
