Rachel is a second year doctoral student in sociology.  Her interests lie at the intersection of sociology, public policy, and economics.  She is currently investigating the role of the OECD in global governance, paths to sustainable and inclusive economic growth, and the role of elite preferences in shaping markets and prices.
