Brain Aging Faculty
Researchers in the Brain Aging area contribute to the advancement of science that aims to understand the mechanisms underlying aging from biological, neurological, and psychological perspectives. Our researchers examine physiological and cognitive aging using methodology from cellular biology to multi-modal neuroimaging. From genetics to mechanical engineering, scholars in this area approach the question of what drives biological degeneration and how they can prevent, delay, compensate, and repair these age-related changes.
