Your Role: Strategy Analyst Intern 
There will never be a typical day at Accenture, but that’s why people love it here. The opportunities to make a difference within exciting client initiatives are limitless in this ever-changing business landscape. Here are just a few of your day-to-day responsibilities: 

• Structure and perform analysis and conduct primary research to uncover insights, identify and validate value creation opportunities at clients 
• Identify key drivers through structured analysis and conceptual thinking to effectively probe problems and causes; work with Accenture and client teams to develop solutions 
• Present at team and client meetings, and determine the most practical way to drive lasting results based on your insights and analysis 
• Communicate effectively and persuasively in a business context 
• Leverage desktop applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Access with high proficiency to capture and maximize your critical thinking 
• Develop an understanding of how our clients operate and how technology can be leveraged to create new value streams 

Paid internships last 10 - 12 weeks and typically begin in late-May/early-June and end in mid-August /early-September. Rising Senior Interns attend a three-day leadership conference in the Chicago area with all Accenture interns from across the US. 

Summer locations are based on a combination of client projects and location interest. Primary locations include: Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, Manhattan, Florham Park, San Francisco, and Philadelphia. Additional locations may potentially include: Atlanta, Charlotte, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Minneapolis, Seattle and Washington DC. 

Your Experience: Basic Qualifications 
• Bachelor’s degree (with a graduation date between December 1, 2015 and June 30, 2018) or Master’s degree (with a graduation date between December 1, 2015 and June 30, 2016) 
• Legal Authorization to work in the US without company sponsorship* 

Set Yourself Apart: Preferred Qualifications 
• Strong quantitative acumen with the demonstrated ability to think analytically and conceptually
• Relevant project-based internship experience with a leading company, not-for-profit or government entity 
• Relevant academic research or projects along with 3.5 or higher cumulative (overall) GPA 
• Global awareness through international study or internships; multilingual 
• Team player and naturally collaborative 
• Self-starter with a real drive for impact and an entrepreneurial mindset 
• Demonstrated leadership skills in professional setting or through extra-curricular activities 
• Advanced proficiency with desktop applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) 
• Understanding of the following finance and business strategy concepts: 
- Market and competitive analysis 
- Data Modeling 
- Financial Analysis 
- Statistics 
• Understanding of the intersection of business and technology: 
- Transformative power of technology
