We recruit for three technical roles on campus: 
-Software Engineer (Mobile, Web, Data, API, Security) 
-Quality Assurance Analyst (Test Driven Development, Scripting, Performance) 
-Platform Engineer (Cloud Automation, Data Center, Database, Network)

As a member of our two-year, Technology Development Program (TDP), you'll also have the freedom to explore different roles, teams and technologies while zeroing-in on the career that's right for you. Designed to foster the next generation of leading talent, the Technology Development Program provides the framework to develop world-class technical skills and gain a comprehensive understanding of technology -- from application and data development to cyber security and beyond. These on-the-job experiences are complemented by mentorships with leading makers/breakers, ongoing professional and personal training through our award-winning Capital One University and regular networking opportunities with peers and executives. 

Basic Qualifications 
-Current student or alumni of UT Austin 
-Will obtain or have obtained a Bachelor’s degree or higher between December 2013 and August 2015 

Preferred Qualifications: 
-In process of obtaining a Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a technical and/or quantitative discipline, including computer science, computer engineering, information systems, information technology, and mathematics 
-Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills 
-Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills 
-Intermediate to advanced programming skills or experience in one or more of the following areas: Java, .net, JavaScript, Node.js, PHP, Python, Objective C, C#, Ruby, C/C++, Perl, HTML/CSS 
-Hands on Experience with one or more of the following database technologies: MySQL, Postgres, Oracle, MongoDB, Cassandra, HBase, Hadoop 
-Experience in any of the following: Unix or Wintel Administration, TCP/IP Networking, Scripting (Shell, Puppet, Chef).
