Choice Medical is looking to hire bright, motived and fun people to work as Account Managers. 
Choice Medical works directly with patients to treat Obstructive Sleep Apnea. Over the last three years, we’ve grown from five to fifty employees, with an outpost in Austin, TX. Our success can be contributed to an openness to doing business differently, both in terms of innovative processes and a commitment to a fun, open atmosphere. We are seeking employees who wish to grow with the company, contribute to process improvement, and partake in the exciting, hardworking culture. This is an excellent position for people seeking to gain start-up business experience with daily exposure to individuals that have built successful companies. 

Job Description: 
Manage all aspect of patient accounts from initial contact to product out the door. This is a great opportunity for recent college graduates looking to gain experience at a startup. Pay is $32k-$38k per year. 
Responsibilities includes: 
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of insurance compliance guidelines around providing medical equipment 
• Strategize processes to quickly collect insurance-compliant documentation. This requires tenacity, persistence and good sales skills. This is a very important part of the job 
• Research and track down obscure medical information 
• Develop a proficient understanding of Obstructive Sleep Apnea and associated medical equipment 
• Work directly with patients to educate them on their medical equipment and therapy 

Qualifications: 
Must be:  
• Bright, creative and fun  
• Motived to hit big goals. We have high expectations for work performance and are willing to reward those that do good work with big incentives – including an annual all expenses paid incentive trip (previous destinations include Thailand and Laguna Beach)

• Motivated to learn and grow in this position. There is a lot to learn and we will need someone that is energetic, positive, and open to receiving feedback 
• Excellent people skills: Be able to easily speak with patients and doctors offices 
• Good sales skills: Able to persuade a request to be completed by a patient or doctor and close the equipment sale 
• Comfortable in a relaxed and fun office environment that has a high focus on performance
