When companies undergo significant organizational changes, they need a trusted advisor to help them drive decisions and navigate challenges. From talent strategy to organizational design to change management, our analysts look beyond the traditional boundaries within an organization to discover untapped sources of value. We provide guidance to organizations undergoing large-scale transformations; whether they are implementing new technology globally, driving efficiency in HR operations, or simply changing the way they work. As an analytical, strategic thinker who understands the big picture, you will work directly with clients across industries to help align talent and human resources strategies with broader business objectives.

Work You’ll Do
Our work goes beyond HR and touches every part of an organization, including Finance, IT, Sales, Supply Chain, as well as other disciplines. In Deloitte’s Human Capital practice, you will leverage research, analytics and industry insights to help design and execute critical programs from business-driven HR to innovative talent, leadership and change programs. Taking advantage of enabling technologies, employee engagement tools, advanced workforce planning, and analytics, you can help drive business results through HR and talent strategy. You might work with our clients to determine how restructuring their organization can increase efficiencies, establish new operating models for HR, or develop global communication strategies to highlight the benefits of a new technology.

How You’ll Grow
Two of the most important tools in today’s business world are experience and resources. At Deloitte, you’ll find plenty of both. We believe in equipping our people with effective resources available and offering the experience, education and opportunities you’ll need at every stage of your career. Your first week on the job will start off with Business Analyst Human Capital 101, giving you foundational knowledge of the Human Capital practice and providing you with an overview of core consulting skills. It doesn’t stop there; you’ll also get the opportunity to attend the National Business Analyst Human Capital School, a week-long intensive program where you’ll take the knowledge you've gained through your undergraduate studies and apply it to a real-life project situation. In addition, our work and clients will challenge you intellectually, enabling you to build both your expertise and an exceptional professional network.
