What is The Hartford looking for? 

Bachelor’s degree or students expecting to graduate by January 2015 
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a fast-paced customer service environment is preferred 
Must have a record of high achievement, self-motivation, ability to multi-task competing priorities 
Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, analytical and research skills 
Ability to analyze/reason through complex problems and make sound recommendations while consistently demonstrating honesty, integrity, courtesy and respect when interacting with others 
Ability to obtain and maintain licensing to handle claims in required states
