As a Chase Leadership Development Program (CLDP) Summer Analyst, you will be part of a team that provides thorough and effective solutions to meet today’s industry challenges, while also helping to develop the frameworks and opportunities needed to innovate for tomorrow. Throughout this summer program, you will work on meaningful projects that leverage your knowledge and insights in new and impactful ways. 

The CLDP Summer Analyst program is designed to provide a meaningful experience in one of the following core disciplines: 

 Marketing & Product Development Track: work on projects such as executing a data-driven search engine strategy to maximize reach among target audiences, launching an innovative product feature, developing and executing a social media strategy, creating print, digital or mobile marketing promotions to acquire new customers and conducting data mining analysis to drive initiatives across our Consumer & Community Banking businesses to expand our product offerings 

 Analytics & Business Strategy Track: work on projects that will expose you to profitability, modeling, pricing, financial reporting and data mining. Leverage your analytical skills by reviewing consumer insights and behaviors to identify new ways to improve our products and services. You may also be tapped to conduct usability analysis of our web and mobile platforms and content and customer communications to ensure we deliver a great customer experience 

 Risk Management Track: work on projects that involve advanced decision science, such as analyzing data to support risk/reward business decisions, assessing and forecasting profit and loss, and analyzing performance metrics. You will gain knowledge of credit risk management, controls and infrastructure and help provide effective risk management improvements 

 Quantitative Modeling and Analytics Track: work on analytical projects that will require extensive data mining and complex model development Shape the forecasting infrastructure at Chase and help to meet internal and regulatory needs relating to investment decision through business planning and stress testing or risk engine decisions. In addition, you may also tackle complex business problems such as presenting best suited products and offers, scoring transaction risk factors to prevent fraud, identifying attrition risk factors, and developing financial forecasts while you leverage and hone your analytic modeling skills and work with Big Data 

During your internship, your first-hand business experience will be complimented by training, both facilitated and self-paced. You will also get an opportunity to meet and learn from Chase leaders who will give you deep insights into our businesses. Your colleagues and fellow interns will be a strong support network as you learn and grow. A dedicated program management team will work with you to ensure you have an outstanding experience. We provide a comprehensive performance management process including mid-summer and final evaluations with your assignment manager, as well as periodic check-ins with program management to ensure you are on the right track. Top performing eligible interns may be invited to join the full-time Chase Leadership Development Program.
