Oracle Sales Academy (Class of) is focused on teaching the fundamentals of selling and providing individuals with skills to prepare them for progression to field sales and sales management. 

Progression is based on an individual’s ability to meet/exceed objectives as well as their flexibility/willingness to relocate when promotion opportunities are available. As a Sales and Business Development rep you will participate in a multiyear development program focused on building your foundation sales skills and mastering those skills to enable progression to advanced (or senior) sales positions. 

Your initial training program consists of a multi-week, comprehensive Oracle sales training program in California where new hires begin to learn consultative selling skills and Oracle solutions. This serves as the base of new hire learning and provides new reps with the tools to make an instant impact as part of a highly collaborative sales team. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• BS or BA degree with a GPA of 3.2 or higher preferred 
• Typically 0-1 year of relevant work experience  
• Strong business acumen with the ability to learn and understand product solutions and features 
• Ability to understand customer's industry and apply core business processes 
• Effective sales, marketing, time and project management skills 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Confident, driven, self-starter with strong organizational skills 
• Comfort in a metrics-driven organization 
• Strong desire to pursue a career in tech sales
