Job Description 
Job Summary 

As part of the North America Pricing Desk team, you will be responsible for providing sales support and pricing administration to a team of sales professionals. The ideal candidate has some prior experience in operations. Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize are essential. 

Essential Functions 

Assist Direct sales reps with pricing scenarios through to pre-approval 
Reduce Pre-approvals rejections, respond to pre-approval issues 
Point of contact for Sales Team on high-value deals 
Liaise with Sales Reps, Legal, Ops, Rev Rec, and IT to facilitate custom quotes 
Help implement/test channel margins/discounts, business rules and product changes 
Provide Sales training on pricing scenario best practices and pricing logic 
Report on pricing rejections, review with sales management, and address problem areas 
Review feedback with ops team, develop plans to improve ease of use of system 
Provide general admin support to the North America sales team 
Education and Experience 

Bachelor’s degree highly preferred 
1+ years of order processing, customer service, administrative or related experience, preferably for a high technology company. 
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
Attention to detail 
Experience with Customer Relationship Management software (SalesForce.com) strongly preferred. 
Thorough knowledge with email, MS Windows, Word, PowerPoint and Excel is required. 
Aptitude for numbers and data analysis essential
