Six COLA Graduate Fellows Awarded Five Years of Research Funding

AUSTIN, Texas—Six doctoral students in the College of Liberal Arts have been named COLA Graduate Fellows, a program that offers five years of competitive funding to help students undertake their studies.

Established in 2012, the COLA Graduate Fellows program is an effort to increase the quality and visibility of its graduate programs in terms of recruitment of top applicants, student support, training, professional-development opportunities, timely graduation and placement. The program is directed by John Huehnergard, professor of Middle Eastern studies.
