Tickets can also be purchased in person with cash, card, or check at the Box Office, which will open an hour before performances.

Ticketing Policies
- Ticket Pricing
All tickets are $10, except for Fayette County Night and the Season Finale. Fayette County Night tickets are $5 for Fayette County residents. Season Finale tickets are $30 and include dinner.
- Refunds
If your plans change, we will do our best to accommodate all requests.
If you purchased tickets via Eventbrite, please request a refund via Eventbrite.
Alternatively, you can contact staff via email with order changes. We ask for at least a 48-hour notice to process cancellations or exchanges. Cancellations may be refunded and exchanges are subject to availability. Any requests for refunds received less than 48 hours before the start of a performance cannot be fulfilled.
All refunds on purchases made with a credit card must be refunded back to a credit card. No cash or check refunds.

If your plans change, we will do our best to accommodate all requests.
If you would like to exchange your tickets for another night, please email shakespeare@austin.utexas.edu with your request. Exchanges are subject to availability.
