Once your grant proposal is awarded, the next step is to manage the funds. Award management includes following policies, regulations, processes and best practices at the local, state, federal and international levels. From the moment an award is fully executed at UT, to its final expenditures, reporting and closeout, there is a lot to manage.

Award Management Assistance services include:

• Provide guidance on funder and UT policy 
• Advise units and PIs on budgeting and spending decisions
• Help identify potential risks and appropriate solutions
• Offer account management resources, training, and best practices
