Overdraft Reports
Overdraft reports are exactly what they sound like. We use them to identify subaccounts operating in deficit.
Ideally, as a Research Administrator, you are already keeping an eye on your accounts and are aware of the state of their balances. But the overdraft reports are a fast and easy way to drill down and identify spending issues.
The CoLA Research Support Office currently uses the overdraft reports to follow up with individual units about accounts operating in deficit. If you need help getting a handle on overseeing your accounts just let us know. We're happy to work with you on budgeting and projections <--that really is the key to cutting down on surprises.
Assuming you have access, you can head to the CSU Overdraft Report by way of the ERP Report Runner interface.
