Counseling and Mental Health Center

The Counseling & Mental Health Center (CMHC) helps students with their personal concerns so that they can meet the daily challenges of student life. CMHC offers individual counseling, group therapy, psychiatric services, and telephone counseling. UT Police

Founded in 1968, the University of Texas at Austin Police Department (UTPD) employs more than 100 sworn officers. It is a fully-functioning, accredited state police agency serving the UT community 24 hours a day. UTPD includes an investigative division, K-9 teams, bicycle teams and its own 911 dispatch center.

New Student Services

Office of the Dean of Students

COVID-19 Testing

If you have symptoms of COVID-19, you can schedule a telehealth pre-screen appointment through your MyUHS portal and get tested at the 27th Street Garage. If you do not have symptoms, you may be eligible for Proactive Community Testing. If you test positive for COVID-19, please report your test result to University Health Services.
